PROGRAMME OUTCOME

The Bachelor of Science is a three year undergraduate course with combination of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science. The student can graduate with either PCM or replace Chemistry with Computer Science. The student can have career in any of the core discipline in industries related to textiles, dyes, chemicals, detergents or with Physics and Math one can enter into the field of Research, teaching, guiding etc. Computer Science as a subject has many avenues like one can become programmer, web designer or can start with his/her own venture.

Mechanics & Wave Motion The student after completing the course must know about the simple harmonic motion and wave propogation,origin of pseudo forces in rotating frame etc.
ⅠⅠ Kinetic Theory & Thermodynamics Student after learning the course must know about reversible and irreversible processes, kinetic theory of gases, law of thermodynamics.
ⅠⅠⅠ Circuit Fundamentals & Basic Electronics. Students will be able to have the knowledge of utility of AC bridges, design simple electronic circuits, semiconductors and transistor.
Practical Based on theory papers. Student will have hands on exploration of whatever they have studied in theory paper

Physical Optics and Laser The student after completing the course would be able to have knowledge on fundamentals of optics and laser like use of polarimeters, characteristic and uses of lasers.
ⅠⅠ Electromagnetic The student will have better understanding of electrical and magnetic phenomena, simple problems related to electrical devices and solution for it and many other related concepts.
ⅠⅠⅠ Elements of Quantum Mechanics Atomic and Molecular Spectra The student after completion of the course is expected to have clarity in the fundamentals of Quantum Mechanics, Atomic and Molecular spectra like interpretation of principle of uncertainty and other related concepts.

Relativity & Statistical Physics The student after passing the course will be acquainted with the law of relativity, mass energy equivalence, particle with zero rest mass, statistical basis of thermodynamics etc.
ⅠⅠ Solid State & Nuclear Physics The student is supposed to have comprehensive knowledge of Crystal structure, Diffraction, Crystal bindings, lattice vibrations etc when passes the course.
ⅠⅠⅠ Solids & Electronics. The student gets acquainted with the concept of transistor parameters, current & voltage gain, working of semiconductors and many more.
